Thank you for choosing ThailandTDAC Tourist Card (“we”, “us”, “our”). We strive to provide accurate and timely service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • 1. Definitions

    “Digital Arrival Card” / “Travel Declaration Card” / “TDAC” — the document/app/permit provided by us to facilitate your entry/immigration process into Thailand.
    “Order” — your purchase of the TDAC service via our website.
    “Refund” — returning funds to you, under the conditions of this policy.

  • 2. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    Mistakes on our part:

    • - If we issued the wrong document (e.g. wrong entry date, name incorrectly processed) and we cannot correct it in a timely manner.
    • - If we failed to send the TDAC within the promised time frame (as stated on the website or during purchase), and you’ve given us reasonable time to remedy the issue without success.

    Customer cancellation:

    • - You may request cancellation before we begin processing your TDAC.
    • - Once processing has begun (i.e. once we have submitted your data to the relevant authorities / started internal work), cancellation may not be possible.

    Government or regulatory issues:

    • - If Thai immigration laws or authorities deem that you do not need the TDAC, or it is annulled, invalid, or unusable for reasons beyond our control, we will assess whether a partial or full refund is possible.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Situations

    We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

    • - After issuance: Once your TDAC has been approved, issued and delivered (electronically or otherwise), the sale is final.
    • - Customer errors: Where incorrect data is provided by you (name, passport number, travel date, etc.), such that the document is unusable.
    • - ProcessTravel or itinerary changes after the TDAC has been issued.
    • - Delays caused by external authorities (immigration, customs, government processing) outside our control.
  • 4. Timeframe for Refunds

    Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (via email or our website’s contact form) within [24 Hours] of your order (or after the issue arises).
    We will review your request within [1 business days] of receipt.
    If approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for purchase, within [7 business days].

  • 5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please provide:
    Your full name
    Order number / Transaction ID
    Email address used for purchase Reason for refund request, with any relevant documentation (screenshots, dates, etc.)

  • 6. Refund Amounts

    If cancellation is before processing starts: 100% refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction fees (if applicable).
    If cancellation is after processing has begun but before issuance, and if we agree, a partial refund may be granted. The amount depends on how much work has been done.
    No refund once the TDAC has been issued or delivered.

  • 7. Exceptions & Disclaimers

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
    All refunds are subject to verification and discretion of our support / management team.
    We may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
